By accessing the Peak Peptide Lab platform or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply in addition to the Research Use Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase from Peak Peptide Lab. Products are offered for laboratory research use only and are intended for qualified researchers and professionals capable of safely handling laboratory reagents.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout or in any account you create, and for activity conducted under your account. Peak Peptide Lab may decline, restrict, cancel, or refuse service at its discretion.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and development. They are not for human or veterinary use and not for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or household purpose. Your use of products is governed by the Research Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You are solely responsible for determining that your possession and use of any product are lawful in your jurisdiction.

An order placed through the platform is an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance by Peak Peptide Lab. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or where we believe a sale would be unlawful — and will refund any payment received for a canceled order.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are payable in cryptocurrency at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is verified on-chain. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice, and obvious errors do not bind us. Any applicable shipping charge is shown before you confirm your order.

Shipping timeframes, carrier handling, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

Except as expressly stated, products and the platform are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the platform is a representation of fitness for any use other than laboratory research. You assume all responsibility and risk for the handling, storage, and use of products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Peptide Lab and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from the use or misuse of any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Peak Peptide Lab harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect applies to your order at the time it is placed, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current terms version is 2026.01.
