What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are paid in cryptocurrency. After you place an order you are shown a payment screen with the amount and wallet address. Your order is confirmed automatically once the payment is verified on-chain. We do not store or handle card details.

Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before the order ships — contact us through the contact form with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled, but our returns policy still covers problems.

Where a lot has been tested, the analytical results are published as a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) on the product and can be checked with our COA verification tool. We never publish a fabricated or placeholder COA — if a document is not yet available for a lot, none is shown.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is a lot-specific document recording the analytical results a laboratory obtained for a particular batch — such as identity and purity. Each batch has its own COA. Our research library includes a neutral guide on how to read one.

How do I verify a batch?

Use the Verify a COA tool and enter a batch number, lot number, or catalog number. The tool resolves the verification status and available documentation for that lot.

How should I store the material once it arrives?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) research peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods and are best kept cold and dark for longer storage. Specific storage guidance is noted on each product page. Handle all materials as laboratory research reagents.
