All products offered by Peak Peptide Lab are supplied strictly as laboratory research materials. They are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and laboratory research conducted by, or under the direction of, qualified research personnel.

Products are expressly not offered or sold for, and must not be used for, any of the following:

• Use in humans, including any form of self-administration.
• Use in animals, including veterinary use.
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use of any kind.
• Cosmetic, food, dietary supplement, or household use.
• Any use that would cause the product to be a drug, biologic, medical device, or consumer product under applicable law.

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the possession, handling, and use of a product are lawful within the purchaser’s jurisdiction and research environment, and for using the product safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

The purchaser is responsible for the qualifications, training, and conduct of the personnel who handle products, and for maintaining an appropriate laboratory environment.

Accounts are limited to qualified research organizations and their authorized personnel. During registration and at checkout, purchasers must affirmatively accept research-use attestations, including that products will be used strictly for laboratory research and not in humans or animals.

Peak Peptide Lab may decline, restrict, suspend, or withdraw account access and may decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including where research-use requirements are not met.

Certain compounds are restricted and are not offered for general purchase. Restricted or controlled compounds are reviewed individually and are not auto-quoted. Availability is subject to review and to applicable legal restrictions.

Peak Peptide Lab provides procurement, documentation, and account support only. It does not provide, and cannot provide, medical, dosing, administration, or self-administration guidance. Requests of that nature are outside the scope of support and will not be answered.
